Greg C. Obi, Ph.D.

Obi’s research interests are in the areas of organizational management/leadership as it relates to how variables like culture, gender, socioeconomic power, and other diversity issues impact organizational management practices. With a particular interest in management tools like empowerment, job satisfaction, leadership styles, and motivation of employees. The focus is on how variables like gender, socioeconomic power, culture, etc.

Gregory Kremer, Ph.D.

Dr. Kremer’s passions and focus of his work are in human development and care for creation.  He teaches an award-winning  capstone design course, “Designing to Make a Difference,” which engages engineering students in designing one-of-a-kind prototype solutions for small-scale farmers, individuals with disabilities, local entrepreneurs and businesses, and small communities in the Appalachian region and developing countries. For example, Kremer and his students have made four trips to the central plateau of Haiti to support the local infrastructure and job development.

Luke Pittaway, Ph.D., B.A.

Dr. Luke Pittaway is Associate Dean in the College of Business and O’Bleness Professor of Entrepreneurship. He is an expert on entrepreneurial behavior, networking, entrepreneurial failure, business growth and corporate venturing, Pittaway’s research focuses on entrepreneurship education and learning. In 2018 he was awarded USASBE's Entrepreneurship Educator of the Year.

Nikolaos (Nick) Panagopoulos, Ph.D.

Nick is an award-winning author, professor, and consultant working in the areas of selling, sales management, and marketing strategy. He has 20+ years of experience in consulting and executive education with a very large number of organizations in the US, Latin America, Asia, and EU, including many Fortune 500 companies.
